Tablet and Mobile device section
UTH
Optime has over the last year supplied umbilical termination products to several workover systems, both riser based and riser-less, in addition to Optime’s own SCILS system.
See specifications
The UTH can be hydraulic, electrical or a hybrid of both. Built in disconnect, weak link and high angel release are an integral part of the design.
sPDU
The Optime SDU power and communication module for subsea distribution.
See specifications
The base unit is supplied with 6 ethernet ports for communication and a 600 Watt power supply. Configuration for individual customer requirements is available upon request.
Reservoir
Optime’s subsea reservoirs range from a capacity of 10 to 1000+ litres.
See specifications
The reservoir has a PMMA transparent outer shield for bladder protection and if required, the possibility to monitor seawater instead of the main fluid. The reservoir also has the possibility to be set in cleaning mode for subsea use.
Subsea Hydraulical pump
Optime’s subsea pump is purpose built for the harshest of environments.
See specifications
Modular and adaptable to facilitate most operational needs our pump is electrically powered and works with all types of regular control and grease fluids. The pump is controlled by a variable speed drive for accurate pressure and flow control. Being a low revolution radial piston pump with fixed displacement results in a robust, long operational life product, ready for use with a wide variety of functions available.

MCM
Optime’s McM has SIL 3 rated control valves for use in different safety applications such as LWI or BOP systems.
See specifications
The electronics are complete with A and B in seperate 1 atm canisters and PT’s on each function line. The default setup has continuous hold valves with other configurations available upon request. Also included is a double barrier system for preventing water access. The McM is equipped with 10 hydraulic functions and can be connected in a system with 10+ units for high demand systems.
Accumulator
Optime pressure balanced accumulators significantly reduces weight and efficiency in subsea systems.
See specifications
This product has been certified and tested to 3000 meters. Optime has performed comparison analysis tests against conventional accumulators for systems to demonstrate weight, size, efficiency and cost saving potential. Our accumulators can be supplied as units or in a complete accumulator skid.
Subsea battery
The Optime developed battery system for use in intervention systems.
See specifications
Our batteries are scaled to run Optime’s subsea pump for up to two hours continuous use yet can also be adapted for various system power needs. The system comes with an integrated battery management unit and dedicated subsea battery charger. Ethernet is as standard but can be configured to meet other industry requirements.
Subsea distribution
Optime manufacture and supply electrical subsea jumper systems (EFL).
See specifications
The type of jumpers we supply are two barrier systems, both electrical and fiber, and single barrier systems. All jumpers are tested and certified in Optime’s own hyperbaric pressure chamber. Optime supplies jumpers with most of the connectors supplied in the marked, wet mate and dry mate.
iTMS
The Optime iTMS is an integral part of the Optime umbilical system
See specifications
The Optime iTMS is an integral part of the Optime umbilical system that consists of a subsea winch that is especially designed for intervention operations. The iTMS comes complete with an 80 metre capacity compensation loop that has built-in weak link capability in the event of vessel drift off. The iTMS is also configurable for a variety of operations including: LWI, XT testing, well stimulation and many more.
HTS
Optime supplies a hyperbaric pressure vessel with up to 1400 bar for testing and standards certification.
See specifications
The unique design facilitates fast operation with extreme robustness. A nonwelding design on pressurized parts increases the safety and lifetime of the products. In addition, Optime has a wide range of dimensions that will meet your requirements.
Reel
Optime have a range of reels and winches available for different intervention operations.
See spesifications
Varying from basic hydraulic downlines to more complex AHC winches that are compatible with our umbilical design systems.
Topside HPU
Optime topside HPU’s are the next generation of fully controllable HPU’s.
See specifications
With the use of a remote HMI (for example, a laptop) the unit can be easily mobilised for use on any vessel or rig. The unit comes with up to 40 lines, 690 bar and is SIL safety rated. Also included is a built in reservoir and accumulators, seal test lines and all the functions you would usually find in a large WOCS container. The unit can also be fully intergrated with Optime’s topside control room.
Electronics
Optime electronics and circuit boards with configurable pressure and temperature sensors.
See specifications
As part of our MICS portfolio of products we supply MUX systems, I/O boards, CPU’s and power supplies in configurations based on the clients needs.
Topside control room
Optime have developed a new generation of improved control rooms.
See specifications
This new generation is based around a ‘sandwich’ design made from stainless steel which is a vast improvement over the more traditional offshore containers used previously. This allows the control rooms to be supplied for atex zone 1 and to be configured for different operations as and when required. The deck can be viewed by the operator through the control windows and allows an enhanced HSE aspect. The control room space is large enough to accommodate computer equipment, various electrical components and a 30 line HPU fully controllable by the operator via HMI.
Software
The Optime CW intergrated automation platform complete in one unified module.
See specifications
Designed to replace the PLC, HMI and Edge devices without compromising security, efficiency or functionality, the CW is a fully customisable solution that can be adapted to our customers individual needs. Central to the CW platform is the ability to simply configure, verify and test the system or re-use and expand eliminating the need to reinvent, duplicate and re-test well defined modules. CW is open to integration with 3rd party modules as well as custom protocols that can be implemented with ease. The multiple platform system can be viewed through one single HMI with a vibrant display and has multiple functions including: access control, trending, alarms, alarm logs, history logs and built-in reporting functions.
