ROCS
Do you want to ROCS Subsea?
We help you simplify subsea.
The system, ROCS, makes the operation faster and cheaper. How it is possible?
ROCS has been developed to increase the robustness and efficiency of running the production tubing in the well.
eSCILS
The Electric Subsea Control & Intervention Light System (eSCILS) is designed to simplify well access, well interventions and workover operations from any type of vessel. Unlike traditional Installation Workover Control Systems (IWOCS), the eSCILS is able to carry out multiple well control operations – without adding complex and heavy equipment.
The system comes with a closed loop hydraulic control system. The relocation of hydraulic power to the seabed eliminates the need for large equipment, long lead times, reliability challenges, complexity in operations, and the high cost that may be found in traditional topside hydraulic umbilical systems.
HPU Backup
Optime’s backup HPU is based on eSCILS and can be adapted for use in any field worldwide. The system runs on multiple fluid types and through various mechanical interfaces. It has a built in safety system which meets industry standards for shut down (PSD/ESD). Backup HPU can run autonomously or through communication from a variety of protocols. Reservoir size is configurable from 100 to 10 000 liters. To limit the power requirements from existing production umbilicals, the system is setup with batteries to run the pumps when needed. This system is currently in operation in the North Sea.

MICS
Optime’s subsea MICS for subsea oil and gas control and intervention operations.
Optime’s subsea MICS are a category of products specifically developed for the global intervention and well access market. With these products Optime acts both as an independent and collaborative partner that actively pursues cost reduction in operations.
Production control system
Optime supplies a range of products and systems for production control. The Optime Subsea control module for ABB allows control of the subsea power distribution system. This is a complete system with SCM, funnel base plate and running tool. Optime’s electro-hydraulic control modules and products are also certified in accordance with API 17F.

Umbillical system
Optime has been behind the implementation of several umbilical systems over the last few years. The latest system comes complete with a subsea compensation that enhances offshore operations to significantly higher levels. Based on the subsea iTMS this umbilical system uses the same principal of operation as ROV units thereby decreasing any moving mass on deck or a rig and enabling the operational circles to be increased. The system can be configured to meet the needs of various types of operations and comes with a hydraulic disconnect, weak link and both hydraulic and electric lines without requiring a topside umbilical management system. It can be supplied as a complete system with topside reels (AHC), subsea winch, (iTMS), subsea compensation loop and subsea UTH. It includes all documentation required to meet our customer’s operational needs.
